House of Cards en The Affaire zijn dit jaar de grote kanshebbers tijdens de uitreiking van de Golden Globes, een van de belangrijkste prijzen voor tv- en filmmakers in de VS.
House of Cards en The Affair zijn de meest genomineerde televisieseries in de categorie drama tijdens de Golden Globes 2014. Beide reeksen zijn niet alleen genomineerd voor beste serie, maar ook alle acteurs maken kans op een prijs.
Orange Is The New Black
Orange Is The New Black is de absolute topfavoriet in de categorie comedy. De serie is net als Girls, Jane The Virgin, Silicon Valley en Transparent genomineerd voor beste serie. Ook actrices Taylor Schilling en Uzo Aduba maken kans op een gouden beeldje.
Fargo
Fargo is tot slot de grote kanshebber in de categorie telefilm/miniserie. De reeks won dit jaar al meerdere Television Critics Awards, het ligt dan ook in de lijn der verwachtingen dat Fargo een aantal prijzen mee naar huis mag nemen.
