De video is in het zwartwit, maar zo lang is het nu ook weer niet geleden. Davina Michelle deed in 2016 mee aan Idols en zong tijdens haar audities Nobody's perfect van Jessie J. Ze doet in de video o.a. auditie voor Jamai Loman, Ronald Molendijk en Eva Simons. Allemaal mensen die ze natuurlijk allang voorbij is als het om muziekcarrière gaat.

4 Years and a lot of baby fat ago, I auditioned for Idols. I had never really sung before and I had no idea what I was doing. I only had a huge tucked-away dream that kept me from doing anything else seriously. Despite the fact Idols didn’t get me far, it got me to meet the amazing team I’m still working with today and we worked our asses off to be able to live the dream we are living right now. It wasn’t always easy and we’ve learned from every mistake we made and I’m pretty sure there are still a lot of fuck-ups to come. 4 Years ago I HATED this footage of my audition. Now I am proud. Trots

Uiteindelijk kwam Davina niet ver in Idols, ze haalde niet eens de liveshows. In haar Instagrambericht zegt Davina dat ze zich jarenlang schaamde voor deze beelden maar dat ze nu trots is. In 201 6 werd Idols trouwens gewonnen door Nina den Hartog.
